CEG sources both on and off market deals in specific submarkets through established networks and private databases.  We model project feasibility based on quantitative performance data and qualitative knowledge of submarket growth drivers.   


We engage in creative negotiations to produce winning bids and well-aligned equity-debt structures for successful acquisitions and asset stewardship.   

IMPLEMENT, GROW, & DIVEST

As a vertically integrated investment and management group, our property management subsidiary will focus on implementing physical, technology, and amenity updates post acquisition based on project financial model and goals.  We aim to achieve stabilized NOI growth target within a 24 to 30 months window.

 
We will then maintain a steady financial performance and prioritize divestment activities to maximize exit value.
